This is a totally unexplainable parked car. You may need to zoom in to see it, but check out both the diagram on the sidewalk and the occupant of the drivers seat. If anyone can explain this, please add a comment below.

Jonathan the poodle wanted his owner to think he had a life of his own.
"No, you don't need to walk me. I'll take myself out today, pal. Going to a party."
Jonathan then spent the next two hours parked a few blocks away, hoping his owner wouldn't see him.
"Merde, there he is ! Fifi, I'M STEERING ! Push the gas pedal."
